Supplemental Fee: All Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) lodging establishment members who do not pay a room tax to a municipality which redistributes half of said room tax to the BACC shall be assessed a supplemental membership fee equal to their annual occupancy rate multiplied by their average room rate multiplied by 3.0 percent. Documentation of occupancy rates and room rates is required for BACC membership, and shall be made available to the BACC upon request.
Exception: Lodging establishments which pay room tax to any municipality and were members as of December 31, 1996, will not be assessed the above additional fee.
Motels/Hotels Cap: $1,752.00 for those lodging establishments that were members as of December 31, 1996. No fees cap for those lodging establishments that joined after December 31, 1996.
Formula: Restaurant = base + $2.46/chair
Additional $83.94 for liquor license and/or conference room for restaurant.
Formula: Attraction = base + $16.84/1,000 paid attendees, no extra for gift shop, etc. (cap of $1,804.00).
Formula: Campgrounds = base + $1.66 per site.
